The risk assessment, the technical inspection phases as well as the procedures and issue of the final report and certification are activities organised and coordinated in detail by our specialist technicians, who are able to provide a comprehensive consultancy service, starting with the preparation of the specific risk assessment document and implementation of the system maintenance register.
CONSULTANCY
Educating and training the client on the most appropriate and efficient path to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
Data acquisition, verification of the activities performed and documents, with the goal of ensuring appropriate health and safety conditions and legal protection.
MONITORING
In this stage, we carry out technical inspections, sampling and laboratory analysis with the goal of ensuring that the structural part of the system and the level of contaminants are kept constantly monitored, as these are key aspects for the issue of certificates of conformity.
CLEANING
The cleaning stage involves specific treatments in order to re-establish the standards required to guarantee a healthy and safe work environment, in line with the requirements laid out by the applicable regulatory framework.
Our work is independently organised and managed, with fast execution times and minimal impact on the client’s ongoing business activities.
The treated systems and cleaned areas are immediately returned ready for use.
- Technical diagram of the treated system, showing all the existing points of access and any created during the work.
- Measurement of system performance.
- Images and/or videos documenting the phases of the work.
- Report on the laboratory analysis performed.
- Report on any nonconformities or critical issues encountered, along with recommendations and suggestions on how to maintain compliance with the applicable regulations.
