GLOBAL TRADING Health & Safety S.r.l., an international leader in the maintenance of aeraulic and water systems based in La Spezia, on the eve of the company’s twentieth anniversary, has signed a significant JV agreement with SERDAL HOLDING L.L.C., an Emirati company from ABU DHABI led by Chairman H.H Sheikh Hamdan Bin Sultan Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, a member of the Royal Family of the United Arab Emirates, and represented by CEO Ali Abdulla Ali Saeed Almazrouei.
“The agreement formalizes the launch of GLOBAL TRADING MIDDLE EAST L.L.C., another very important milestone in the journey of GLOBAL TRADING Health & Safety, which fills us with pride,” emphasized President Enrico Pinza, “and propels us into a new exciting challenge in a constantly developing area.” A JV, based in Abu Dhabi, created with the aim of becoming a market reference in the UAE – MENA regions in the field of hygienic and energy efficiency of aeraulic systems, with a particular focus on the prevention and management of health and safety risks in indoor environments related to the development of bacterial contaminations, molds/yeasts and legionella, particulate matter, as well as the risk of fire ignition in ventilation and extraction systems.
This significant agreement opens the door to an ambitious project and further development opportunities in the UAE – MENA area where the strengths of SERDAL HOLDING L.L.C., such as potential internal group synergies, an extensive network of connections and contacts, skills, and experience in the Emirati Confederation, combined with the professionalism and expertise of the GLOBAL TRADING Health & Safety S.r.l. organization, will allow the introduction of the highest standards of hygiene and air quality as well as safety in indoor environments and, last but not least, the optimization of performance by reducing energy consumption.
The agreement was reached thanks to the personal and professional relationship with Studio PDM Professionisti Associati, which has offices in Milan, La Spezia, and Abu Dhabi, and the Executive Director International Strategic Partnerships of SERDAL HOLDING L.L.C. Mr. Federico Cervellini, an Italian professional who has been a key reference in the management of the Emirati company in developing business strategies and part of the SERDAL team along with Mr. Khaled Moussa (Chief Operating Officer) and Mr. Alaric Errington (Chief Investment Officer).
